Long before I founded Sweet Lemon People Solutions, I found myself introducing people, opening doors, sharing opportunities, and helping others see potential they didn’t always recognize in themselves. Whether it was connecting an exceptional candidate with a growing organization, introducing two leaders who could learn from one another, or helping a company tell its story in a way that attracted the right people, I realized something important.
Connection changes everything.

I didn’t want to call myself CEO when I started my company. Instead, I chose the title Founder and Chief Connection Officer because it reflects who I am and how I have spent the last 20+ years building my career. At the heart of everything I do is bringing the right people together.
This focus on connection goes beyond traditional hiring. It’s about creating meaningful relationships that support growth for both individuals and organizations. When the right people come together, they build something stronger than just a team, they build a community that thrives.
